Salary: $230,000 – $275,000

Position Description:
Our client is seeking an Associate with 3–6 years of bankruptcy litigation experience to assist on creditor’s rights and insolvency-related matters in state and federal courts. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions.
