Salary: $220,000 – $280,000
Bar Admission: Illinois
Work Schedule: 2 days onsite per week

Position Description:
Our client is looking to hire a Corporate M&A attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its growing Chicago office.
Candidates should have experience with private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters. Experience with private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions and private securities offerings is a plus.
