Permanent Placements is seeking an Associate in the Corporate Practice Group for our Big Law client's Delaware office.

The Corporate and Securities Practice focuses on the business objectives for their clients. This client can offer a variety of services, from raising capital, to doing deals, to complying with regulations, to managing risk, to implementing best practices, they will do whatever they can to come through for their clients!
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of substantive experience with transactional, governance and fiduciary matters involving Delaware corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, including mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, investment fund transactions, joint ventures and debt and equity financing transactions. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form are required. Prior experience working in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is preferred. Must be Delaware barred.
