Position Description:
Our client is seeking multiple mid-to-senior level associates, ideally with 3-7 years of experience, to join their Leveraged Finance and Private Credit practice in either Chicago, Charlotte, or New York.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified candidates should have 3-7 years of experience, preferably gained in a large law firm setting, with secured and unsecured lending transactions, such as acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings.
- Experience in leverage finance/private credit is strongly preferred.
- Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, demonstrate exceptional client service, and sound professional judgment.
- Candidates must be barred in Illinois, North Carolina, or New York or have the ability to waive into one of these jurisdictions.
