Permanent Placements has an excellent opportunity for a Mid-Level Associate in our client's Florham Park, New Jersey office to join the global Franchise and Distribution practice group. 

 Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and/or licensing matters.  Franchise experience is preferred but not required. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Strong academic credentials, detail oriented and writing skills are essential. Must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar or eligible for admission to the New Jersey Bar.
