Position Description: 
Our client is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of transactional tax experience dealing with fund formation, Section 892 investors, real estate, income tax treaties, and cross border transactions.  Candidates must be licensed to practice in the jurisdiction where they are applying and should have direct BigLaw or SEC experience.
